Hello there,
I am trying to update the maximum attachment size for our Confluence instance. I went in via the general settings -> Config -> General Configuration -> Attachment Settings and updated the 'Attachment Maximum Size' to 157,286,400 bytes (150MB). When I hit Save, it does not update and defaults to 0KB
@sally ginsburg Does this occur when you put in a different value say 100mb? Does it happen in other browsers?
@Brant Schroeder Thanks for your reply.
Yes, unfortunately, it is happening in multiple browsers (Chrome and Edge).
I've tried converting and saving in numerous values and ways, via megabytes, bytes, as well as kilobytes. Only reason I tried the kilobytes is it is currently displaying as 0 kB.

@sally ginsburg Do you have any other admins that can try changing the value and seeing if it works for them? Have you tried clearing your browsers cache just to see if that will work?

@Brant Schroeder I did try clearing the cache, thanks. I will see if the other admin is able to update it with different results.
Thanks again!

@sally ginsburg If other admins are having the issue you should submit a support issue to Atlassian. If others are not having the issue you might try a different computer and if you are still having the issue you should submit a support request.

Thanks again @Brant Schroeder - Unfortunately, accessing from another machine, nor the other admin had success. I had a hard time finding where to put in a request last night - the site also said they were experiencing high volume of calls and tickets . I did put in a billing request (I know this is not billing). If you have any contact info on where to submit the appropriate support request, that would be fabulous.
Thanks again for all of our attention and support.

@sally ginsburg you should submit support issues here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ Make sure you submit one for the proper product and issue. If you submit it to the wrong area such as billing it will only slow down the process.

@Brant Schroeder thank you for all your help!
I was able to successfully put in a ticket to the appropriate product/area. I was not able to do that last night.

@Brant Schroeder this issue has been resolved. Looks as if I may have copied in some extraneous text or possibly having added an extra space. I utilized a digit convertor from MB to bytes as the backend asks for the digits in bytes. I had copied/pasted that in. Atlassian Support was able to quickly set it back for me.
