Hi,

I was just wondering whether or not it there is any way that an update can be applied to multiple articles in one action?

The reason for this is that we want our articles to show the date they were last reviewed (once a month) but would be keen to avoid having to manually input the date on every one if possible?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
Ben

Hi Ben,

Welcome to Atlassian Community! It's nice to have you join us.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to bulk update pages in Confluence. Something like this is covered by a Marketplace app, such as Scroll documents. This and others are most likely paid apps.

In Confluence free, you might be able to get around it using the Include page macro or Excerpt include, which allows you to re-use another page or portion of a page.

I hope that helps, but let us know if you have any questions.

Take care,

Shannon
