Update Confluence Page Based on Repository Operations

Hello, 

I was wondering if there'a a way we can bind a particular confluence page or doc to a git repository. And whenever we perform operations on a repository or particular file of a repository. It marks the binded confluence page as outdated or obsolete. 

Would appreciate any pointers or existing docs.
