Unwanted Horizontal Scroll Bar

Hi, I am currently working on a confluence page in which has horizontal scroll bars when it is zoomed in or viewed on a smaller screen. Like the other pages I have, they size according to the browser window. No matter how much I zoom in on these pages, they do not show a horizontal scroll bar. This one does not for some reason. All of my columns all add up to 100% per the containers that they are in, and I cannot find the source of this issue.

that behaviour is on client side so, in my mind, you can not avoid that.

Sure, to an extent. However, on other confluence pages, it will scale much more properly. This content should be able to be viewed on a smaller display and not need to scroll at all.
