Unsupported content: extension when inserting an editable draw.io diagram

When I embed a draw.io diagram in Confluence, it only appears when the page is in edit mode. Other draw.io diagrams that don’t need to be editable display correctly without any problems. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I'm sorry you're running into this issue. Could you please try clearing your browser cache and cookies (this is the most common fix)? Alternatively, try opening the page in a private/incognito window or a completely different browser if you want to instantly rule out any local caching problems.
