Unsubscripe full list of watched pages completely

Hello together, 

one of our admins in the company has a list full of pages which he is watching. Currently we can't find an option to clear this list completely in bulk. So there are 56 pages of followed pages. 

Is there an option to clear this in bulk in use of an sql script or an REST API method. 

I am looking forward to your ideas.
