One of my apps in the Cloud presented an issue with an update and I believe needs a reinstall.
I can quickly perform said reinstall, but I noticed in Cloud its necessary to Unsubscribe first. Would anybody know if my app subscription will also be ended and need to repurchase? Or will reinstall detect the existing license?

I'd contact the Marketplace vendor for help on this. They might be able to resolve the issue without reinstalling it.
I think if you reinstall an app it will remember the purchase was made, but I'd contact https://support.atlassian.com/ to double-check before doing it.
