Hello, we've notices that in the Recent Contributors in our space in Confluence, we see unlicensed users that haven't been part of the company for more than a year, although it Recent Contributors across their name it shows (an hour ago)
How is that possible?
Also, In Atlassian Admin I checked for their accounts but they aren't listed so they shouldn't have access to our space
Thanks
@Krum Etov welcome to the Atlassian Community.
Can you post a screen shot of what you are seeing? Is it possible that there is public access in the spaces that you are seeing this behavior?
Hi @Andy Gladstone ,
Thanks for the reply. Yes, see the screenshot below, I have omitted some of the text but you can see where the arrows are pointing in the "Space contributors"
The two unlicensed users aren't part of the company anymore but I can see some activity, is this possible?
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Also, in Space Settings->Space permissions-Guest users I have no users added so I assume there is no external access. Unless there is another place to grand such access?
Thank you

@Krum Etov if the activity is registering to a previously licensed user that is currently unlicensed, even if there was public access and the user was able to contribute/edit it would not register to their user. Do you by any chance have automations running that were built by this user that may still be firing and 'attributing' the activity to the user? Have you looked at the page history for the page(s) where these contributions are being logged to see what changed?
