Is the Glossary macro still maintained ?

Glossary macro is not a bundled Confluence plugin therefore it could be a third-party plugin or a user macro which I'm unsure of if it's compatible with the latest Confluence version. Have you checked from Confluence Admin > Plugin, if the plugin that supply the macro is disabled?
