I wish to undo the cancellation of my Balsamic subscription (marketplace app).

you have a couple of options here, depending on the current state:
if the cancellation is still pending → open the subscription and undo the cancellation
if it’s already inactive → go to Billing → Subscriptions → Inactive and Reactivate
if you don’t see either option → reinstall the app and subscribe again
if something doesn’t work as expected → contact Atlassian billing/support
Simplest path is usually to wait until it’s inactive and then just reactivate.
I would contact Atlassian Billing Support, they should be able to help (speaking from experience :) )
