Unable to view my custom confluence macro on the macro browser on confluence.

My macro shows up in the "manage add-ons" section of /plugins/servlet/upm/manage. However, I cannot see it in the macro browser. 

I have the code from this tutorial verbatim:

Are you trying to write a User Macro or an actual add-on? Please be advised if you're writing an add-on we also have a Developer Community if you haven't reached out to them already.
