Unable to view colour scheme tab in "Look and Feel"

Hi there,

I've tried following guides on how to customise the colour scheme of a space (Edit a space's color scheme), but in navigating to the "Look and feel" tab, I only see the options: Themes, Templates, Page layout and PDF export (as seen in the screenshot). 

Are there any configuration settings I need to change to be able to view the colour scheme option?
