Hi,
We are unable to add comments to pages in Confluence 5.2.5, if we click on the comment section it just shows "Loading the Editor", and it never works.
Inspect console in Chrome shows the following error message.

Can somebody please help in fixing this issue ?
Thanks,
Hm, I did not find anything fitting to your symptoms.
Maybe follow this KB-article. It describes an issue with comments while no log output is found.
And else try some general troubleshooting steps:
Since you are on Confluence 5.2.5, an old version far behind EOL, consider updating to a supported version. Lots'a new features and bug fixes! :)
Can you find any relating log entries in the Confluence Log?
Do you use add-ons for (enhancing) comments in confluence?

Niklas

Hi Niklas,
Thanks for your reply.
I could not see any entries relating to this in log files. To my understanding we don' t have any add-ons for comments in confluence.
Thanks,
Dhanesh
