Unable to see the page title in a link to a page with no permissions

Person 1 and person 2 are editing page A. On page A there is a link to page B that has the title of page B in the link text. Person 1 has read permission for page B, but person 2 does not. Person 1 sees the link as the title of the page, but person 2 sees the link as the path to the page. If person 2 edits Page A, the link text is saved as the path to page B for both people and person 1 stops seeing the page B title in the link text. 

Is there any way to fix that without giving Page B read permissions to person 2?
