Unable to see content on the document or any attachment.

There was a document created and assigned it to me to update. As part of update i added few attachments also in that document. This was done on Nov 20th and Nov 21st 2025.

Now i see today, i see that document is blank. No attachments, no content. 

But if i try to search any attachment name in search bar, i see that attachment is there and its still linked to that same document and if i click on the link to open the document, its still opening that same blank document.

Weirdly, i don't see any activity also under my profile for Nov 20th and Nov 21. But those attachment shows that those were uploaded by me on Nov 20th and nov21.

Not sure what's happening. Any help will be appreciated.
