Unable to resolve comments

I'm unable to resolve comments in Confluence, even though I can view and reply to them (screenshot attached). The resolve option doesn't appear in the comment thread.

I've already checked the relevant space permissions under Space Settings > Permissions to confirm that I have the correct access to add, delete, and edit comments. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, @Casper Leung ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community
Try hovering the mouse over the comment, specifically near the name of the person who commented, to see if the icon appears. For me, the icons don't show up when the mouse is not in the comment box — they only appear when I hover over it.

Note: The option to resolve is available when viewing the initial inline comment only; you can’t resolve a reply to an inline comment.

Hi Izabela, thank you for the reply! Hovering works for some comments, but the specific one I’m having trouble with still doesn’t show any icons when I hover near the commenter’s name (screenshot attached). Not sure if this is a bug with the new cloud editor.
