Hi, I'm trying to access Confluence from my new company email, but to no avail.
I'm stuck at email verification, no verification emails come at all (even though I just got a welcoming email from Atlassian Community when I signed on).
The email itself is hosted on google mail, the address is sylwester.kogowski@ingenious.build and I'm trying to access ingenious.atlassian.net
I don't know what happened, but I finally gained access, without email verification at that ;)
Thanks to the spirit that did it ;)
I would reach out to your Confluence admin or site-admin of your Atlassian instance and see the permissions you have.
If you are this person, then reach out to Atlassian. They can see of there is an issue regarding your email address in their systems or your instance.

From as I can see in other similar problems - it seems that Atlassian bans email addresses if you try to verify that address before it is created.
It seems that this is the issue here because it indeed is what happened.
In that case only Atlassian can fix this, they need to remove my address from suppresion list.
