I used to be able to create Jira chart under confluence, but recently a confluence upgrade seem to broke it.
Versions:
Confluence 1000.0.0-ffc1fcced4ce
Procedure:
1) Open any confluence page, go to edit (the pencil icon)
2) Click "insert" drop down icon (the "+" icon)
3) Select "Jira"
4) Select "Jira Chart" on the left panel
5) Select any of the 3 (Pie chart, created vs resolved, two dimensional), enter any search string
6) Click "preview", you can see the chart in the same window.
7) Click "Insert", your window will disappear and you do not get the chart.
