Unable to login

Hello

This morning I was notified that users are unable to login to Confluence. Are there specific things I should look at to resolve this issue? I'm new to confluence so I don't know what to look at. I've check the windows services and they seem to all be running. I did change a service account password this morning, but the Confluence service doesn't login using this account so I don't know if this is the cause of the problem.

Any specific error the user see on the UI while trying to login? Any screenshot or error log from the server will help.
