This problem is caused by my windows hosts configuration and Nginx proxy will change the login request interception. After I reset the windows hosts configuration and proxy, it was resolved.

As Daniel Suggested , Password may wrong or if you supplied password wrong for 3 times , by default Confluence asks to enter "Captcha".
Hi IF you using "Username" and "password" which saved from browser cache.
Clear Browser History and cookies.
Please enter password manually.
If you use LDAP authentication , please recheck is your password changed recently due to password policy.

this is very hard to diagnose from community (without access to your server).
On first sight this suggests the password supplied is wrong.
There are indeed situations where this could result from an upgrade:

Did you upgrade previously?
