Unable to login to my organization Confluence page though I have Atlassian Access

I am able to login to my Atlassian account but when I try to access any of my organization's Confluence pages, I keep getting error. This is the site I am trying to access- https://sd-comcast.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/34

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

The link you have provided is for Jira Service Management and for a Customer Portal, not for Confluence. Did you provide the link you are actually trying to use, or is that the wrong link?

Is the site you are trying to access one you set up yourself or one that somebody else directed you to access? It sounds like the latter.

If you were directed to access that site by somebody else, you will need to report the problem to them. We are a user community, using our own sites, and don't have any access to that site. The administrators of that site will need to address your access issue.
