Unable to login to JIAP IOS App or using Safari

I am trying to acces JIRA from my iPhone, but getting error "Incorrect username/password"

I tried accessing from Safari(and Chrome also) and JIRA App for IOS, in both the cases, I am getting the same error

I would contact the sys administrator to ensure you have an account and reset the password.
