Hi,
I am unable to login to my organisation using https://id.atlassian.com/login
My email address and password work but in the next step I am being asked to enter a code that I should have been emailed.
However, I don't receive these emails.
I have confirmed that the email address is working and able to receive emails. Emails are also not going into the spam folder nor seem to be there any email server side configs to block Atlassian emails.
There does not seem to be any reset option not involving email nor can I find any option to submit a support ticket without logging in.
How can this dilemma be solved?
Thanks
Hi @nomon ,
Thanks for contacting Atlassian Community.
It appears from the mail tracker that your email address was suppressed which prevented emails from being delivered to your account.
I have now cleared the blockage on your account. I also sent a test email, and it appears to have been delivered successfully.
Please try logging in to your organization again—you should now receive the OTP email.
Let us know in case of any issues/queries.
Regards,
Rishabh
Hi Rishabh,
Thank you for looking into this. However, email you cleared was for a different account, not the one I am having trouble with. How can I contact you with the correct email address?

Hi @nomon ,
Thanks for the update.
Since this is a public forum, we avoid requesting or sharing any personal information, such as email addresses. I have unsuppressed all admin users on the site associated with your request.
Please try logging in with your admin account again and let us know if you continue to experience any issues.

I'm afraid, it's still not working.
Bear in mind my email address is associated to two organisations. Without mentioning names, I need to get the owner account of the organisation working that does NOT contain my user name in the organisation name.

This has now been resolved with Atlassian support.

Hi @nomon welcome to the Atlassian community.
Please be informed that, if your Atlassian account is managed by your organization (i.e., you use SSO via Google/Microsoft or your company has Atlassian Guard), then please Contact your internal IT or Atlassian Organization Administrator.
This official Atlassian documentation confirms that the email suppression list is the main reason for this specific failure and directs users to contact support when emails are not received: Troubleshoot login issues with your Atlassian account

Thank you. SSO is not in use here and I am the internal IT admin. I checked our internal email suppression list on Google Workspace which is empty.
We are using a free Atlassian cloud account. I tried to use the support page which only seems to be an AI agent turning me in circles by telling me to login to submit a ticket (which of course is not possible).

One of the Atlassian support team member will be assisting with your query.

To Atlassian support: It looks like the Atlassian support team is making tests without contacting me first, using an email address from my account here. However, this is not the account I am having trouble with. Please contact me first to find out more details.
