My name is Lauren.
I formatted my laptop because it had some issues.
After formatting, I tried to log in to Atlassian and Jira.
I was able to log in with my user ID and password, but then I was asked for 2FA.
I don’t remember which authenticator app I used, especially since I changed my phone last year.
I sent an email to request a recovery key, but I never received it in my inbox.
I can no longer access my account due to two-step verification.
Could you please help me by disabling or resetting the two-step verification on my account so I can regain access?

This is a user forum where questions are answered by other Atlassian users. We do not have access to your site in any way.
Do you have an administrator for your Atlassian site? They should be able to temporarily disable 2FA for your profile so you can login and re-activate your account with your current authenticator application.
