Hello,
I'm trying to access my Confluence URL but it seems I get this message every time. I'm not sure if something is wrong with my site. I was able to access last month. Is there any way I can look to have a status of my site?
Thank you
Welcome ot the comuntiy
When is the last time you have used to Confluence instance and is this a free instance?
Are you the org admin of the instance and can you access the admin section of the instance on admin.atlassian.com?
Otherwise reach out to the instance admin or your IT department if this is a company site.
If you can't reach out to an admin or otherwise raise a support request via, Atlassian Support (you need to be an admin to raise a request)
Hello Marc,
I am on the free tier and the admin as well.
I'm pretty sure I did access it back in April or May.
Thank you

Hi @Frederik Decelles ,
On top of what Ajay said/asked, can you share if that was your personal site or a company site? Also, if you know, which plan did this site use?
Note that free sites comply with data retention policies as stated here: Track storage and move data across apps / What happens to Free plan apps if they're inactive for too long?
On the other hand, if we're talking about a company site and there's a dedicated Confluence or IT team, I'd recommend reaching out to them to help you troubleshoot this. 👀
Cheers,
Tobi
