Unable to delete the Pages in Confluence even though I have admin access

I have couple of questions:

1).Unable to delete the Pages in Confluence even though I have admin access. Delete option is not available in confluence page. 

2). How to create "Archived Pages" in Confluence and how to add Page restrictions to "Archived Pages".

3). How to move Unwanted/Older Pages under the "Archived Pages".

Are you working with Confluence Cloud or Confluence Server/DC?

1. As an Administrator you should be able to modify the permissions for the space and grant yourself the permission for deleting pages.

2. Archiving pages is available only in Confluence Cloud. Information about that can be found here:

Set page restrictions on archived pages the same way you set them on pages that are not archived.

Archiving pages is not a native feature of Confluence Server/DC. In Confluence DC you can archive an entire space. Information about that can be found here:
