Hi,
We are seeing two entries in the global permissions -> under group section. But not able to delete these entries in the Groups section as they are not visible. We need to remove these entries. Please let us know how to delete these entries as these are not belong to the organization.

Just for a better understanding of the issue, I would like to know if you can share with us the name of the group that is duplicated on Global permissions.
Was the group created by a site administrator or is it a system group?
Please, share with us the name or share a screenshot if possible, so we can check here if there is a bug, workaround or if it's expected behavior.

We did not create the groups (WeTek and WeTek Ext) in the domain - https://greenboxdev.atlassian.com/. Please let us know how to delete or please delete the groups shown below,
We can see these only Global permissions screens and we dont find these references in anywhere.

The issue that you are facing is related to a known bug and to fix that, it's necessary to raise a ticket with our support, so they can remove the groups in the database.
Please, go to https://support.atlassian.com/contact and create a ticket adding the bug link above to the description, so they will already know what has to be done.
