Unable to create confluence workspace in free

Hi,

I want to try Confluence Cloud free tier, but no matter which domain I choose, I get an error message.
It just delivers a trace id: e8c20d5ae0d943e9afa3da85706d665d.

How to get help?

Sorry to hear you are having issues creating a new Confluence site.
I have checked on our internal tools and it seems there wasn't one created with the email/account used to create this post at least. 

Could you let us know if the site creation with the Confluence product works if open a new incognito window of your browser, and access this link directly? https://www.atlassian.com/try/cloud/signup?bundle=confluence&edition=free

After that, click to start a new site or enter the url link desired (all lowercase letters and numbers only).

If that doesn't work, please let us if that works on another browser such as safari/firefox/chrome/microsoft edge, up to date.

If none of those options works, please try submitting a ticket on this url link: atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing and it should be redirected to our support team.

Thanks for your answer. I tried again, also different devices and networks.

I opened a ticket (which is not that easy, to find the "need more help" -button)
