Unable to create confluence page

Hi, I am unable to create new confluence page under my teams space. When I click "Create", its asking to select space from drop down where I could find confluence space for other teams but not my team.  I checked restrictions on  our teams page and its unrestricted. I have access to view all pages but couldn't create page under my team's space. Please let me know if I am missing anything or any settings that I need to take care. Thank you.

Any chance that you might not have the create page permission in your teams space?

Can you check with the space admin

The create button defaults to trying to trying to create a page as a child of the vurrent page.  If you do not have "add page" permission in the space (not a page permission, space permission), then it will ask you to choose which space you want to create the page in (and list the spaces where you do have the permission)

In short, you need to ask your space admin to give you the add permission in your team's space.
