Dear Atlassian Support,
I am encountering an issue while trying to create a new Confluence workspace. After entering the workspace name and submitting, I receive the following error message: "Something went wrong on our end. Please try again. If this keeps happening, contact support. (Issue ID for Atlassian use: Anonymous ID: 70f0eeaf-82f7-4666-ba58-649a8ea937f0)".
Here are the details:
I am trying to register for the free version of Confluence Cloud.
I am entering a unique workspace name, but the system fails to process my request.
I am currently located in Mainland China, and I wonder if network restrictions might be affecting the registration process.
I have tried clearing my browser cache and using different browsers, but the issue persists.
Please assist me in resolving this issue. Any guidance or support would be greatly appreciated.
