Unable to authorize draw.io from confluence on iPad Pro

Hi friends, 

I’m unable to open draw.io diagrams from my confluence pages. It navigates me to confirm my google account and then after going through the permissions, it finally gives me an “INTERNAL SERVER ERROR”. I’ve tried multiple times and the same thing is happening on Safari, Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Tried desktop version of the site in all the browsers and still the same issue. It’s a brand new iPad and this is the first thing I was trying to do. It’s not a company iPad so there are no restrictions. Let me know if there is something else I need to do or missing. Thanks.

Hi @Ash Mavireddi  I figure when you do these tasks from your PC that you don't have any issues.  Is that correct?  Has this ever worked for you on a mobile device?  On Atlassian's Jira Site I found  CONFCLOUD-66678 that mentions this isn't going to be supported on mobile platforms.

You could contact Atlassian Support to see if using a browser on the iPad should provide the same functionality as a browser on the PC, but I would figure there are subtle differences.

Thanks @Dan Breyen ! You are correct. I was able to do these tasks on PC without any issues. Didn't know that I couldn't do these on iPad. Looks it needs to be prioritized by the Jira team and not sure how to get their attention. At this point, I added a comment. I see that more and more teams are moving to draw.io and confluence combo and this might be soemthing that might be beneficial.

You could also create a new Work Item and add information regarding why that functionality is needed.  Then also post the Work Item number here and hopefully more people will vote for it.  If you do post the number here, I'll certainly give it a vote.
