Unable to add comment on the embedded jira section in confluence.

I am unable to add comments in the confluence page when I embedded JIRA content on it.  When we are trying to add the comments over the embedded jira text it is not allowing to save and throwing the error "Could not save the comment"

Kindly suggest is there any way to comment on the embedded jira section or any other alternate way to do it.

@suman welcome to the Atlassian Community.

To answer your question, since the Jira Embed is a Macro, you cannot comment on it or change its contents in any way. You would need to change the content in Jira itself. Macros in general do not allow 'commenting' like text does on a Confluence page.

Just for edification, your post was in the Questions for Confluence collection. Questions for Confluence is an application owned and operated by Atlassian - not a place for questions about Confluence. Those should be placed in the Confluence collection. I hope this helps for future reference.
