Trying to add Confluence to research use further but getting this error message.

Did you previously have Confluence installed on the site? If so, did you recently cancel the subscription or did Atlassian cancel it automatically (due to inactivity or non-payment)?
If so, the process for fully removing all connections between the Confluence app and the site may still be in progress, and you won't be able to add the app until that completes.
