I have global Admin access to Confluence and when I go to Settings > Look and Feel > PDF Layout and click Edit, I am brought to a page that says 'Page Not Found'.
I wanted to add a logo to the header of exported PDFs and I cannot get into edit mode.
I was able to grant my self space permissions and access it via the space specific look and feel though as a workaround.
Curious as to why it didn't work at the global level?
Welcome to the Atlassian Community @Sarah Andrekus This could be one off issue for your site as this functionality is working fine. If you are using standard/premium plan, I would suggest raising a support ticket with Atlassian Support who will be able to assist you.
