Unable to access our old Confluence account

Our old account (https://smartwaytech.atlassian.net/wiki/home) has been removed and we cannot access Confluence as well as Jira. Many old files cannot be found. Please help.

Your site is not deleted — it is unavailable.

Why it happened

• Free site became inactive for long time / expired

• Or billing / subscription issue

• Or site owner deleted / locked it

What you should do

Go to https://admin.atlassian.com

— Log in and check if your site is listed

If it is NOT there, contact Atlassian Support

https://support.atlassian.com/contact

Tell them:

• your site URL: smartwaytech.atlassian.net

• You cannot access Jira / Confluence

• Ask if they can restore the site

• Include the Request ID shown on the page

Data can only be restored for a limited time — raise the ticket quickly.
