Recently, I was added to a new organization. However, when I try to access its Confluence site, it gets stuck in a loading loop for about two minutes and then displays the following error:
In english it says:
You're almost there!
It looks like our database is taking a bit longer than usual to sync. Please wait a moment and try again.
If you keep seeing this error, please create a support request.
My account is also part of another organization, and I can access its Confluence without any issues. The problem only occurs with Confluence in the new organization — I am able to access the other Atlassian services in both organizations without any problems.
This need to be reviewed by Atlassian support. You can raise request on support.atlassian.com.

I tried doing it through support.atlassian.com, but every time I do, it ends up redirecting me here.
Maybe it has to be an organization administrator who opens the ticket?

I'm sorry you are having this problem. I agree with @Sebastian Krzewiński that you would need to open a ticket for this.
The only thing I would add is that you can also bookmark this page - https://status.atlassian.com/ to see if there is any global issue in Confluence that might be causing this problem, which is in this case, there isn't.
