Unable to Save the Overview page nd contents which is added are not getting reflected

Im unable to save the contents edited in the overview page, getting the error as " there is an error unable to process the changes done'

We experienced the same issue with saving changes and Confluence going offline today, especially with users working on VPN - I wonder if it's related to https://confluence.status.atlassian.com/incidents/q9lvs7fcw9lb ?
