Hi Community,
I’m currently unable to access our Confluence wiki. When attempting to open the site, I receive the following message: “Your Atlassian Cloud site is currently unavailable.”
This issue started recently, and the site was accessible prior to this. I have already tried:
Accessing in incognito/private mode
Clearing browser cache and cookies
Trying a different browser
Checking from a different network
However, the issue persists. Has anyone encountered this before?
Is this typically related to subscription expiry, billing issues, site suspension, or an Atlassian-side outage?
I would appreciate guidance on:
Steps to restore access
Whether this requires Atlassian Support intervention
Thank you in advance for your help!
Hi @Srivatsa
Probably you where using a Free subscription, Atlassian would have sent emails on deactivating the instance based on the instance not being used.
As you mention this happend recently, so the site should be able to be reactivated.
Are you on a free subscription?
Can oyu access admin.atlassian.com
This is essentially a licensing issue so you can contact the Licensing support team by completing and submitting the form at this site:
https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/
After deactivation Atlassian holds the data for a limited period of time, in case the subscription is reactivated, and then they permanently delete it. If you received the email saying that your subscription was deactivated.
If you are on a paid subscription, but no billing information is provided, the instance will also be deactivated.
Hello @Srivatsa
This issue can be related if no payment method is added, so confluence subscription after trial is automatically being canceled.
For these type of situations i recommend for you to contact: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
