Unable to Access Confluence Spaces After Reactivating Billing

I recently created a Confluence space, but it looks like our free trial expired and prompted me to reactivate by adding billing information. I’ve added the billing details, but now I’m unable to see any of the spaces we previously created.

Is there a way to restore or recover those spaces?


I think I may be logged in under two different accounts possibly - so I will be escalating a ticket on both

Hi @Jordan Dean , it sounds like that you have already opened support tickets with Atlassian support, which is what I would recommend in this case. Please keep us posted as to the outcome.
