I am unable to access the Confluence site I previously created:

I would like to understand the reason why access is currently unavailable and how I can restore access to this site.

Below are my administrator account details:

Could you please check the current status of the site (e.g., suspended, deactivated, or deleted) and advise on the steps required to regain access?

Is it a free plan that was linked to this site ?

If it has been deactivated you should have received an email prior the deactivation.
