Hello,

I am in an urgent situation. I have not logged into Confluence for a bit, and today when I logged in, I got this:

ConflDelete.png

URL: nlhemastermind.atlassian.net

I have NO way to contact support. I tried. My free account gets no support. I tried to upgrade it also, to get support, but that isn't working either (probably because of the deactivation).

The only notification I got on this was an email sent out TWO DAYS ago which I just saw today.

I have years of data in here that I really need to get out, happy to upgrade the plan to prevent this.

Can anybody pleeease help me? Any moderators or Atlassian employees here who can help? If I lose this data that would be very bad.

If this gets wiped, I will be letting the internet know what happened and how Atlassian treats their customers. I have had 1 business day to see the notification (via email) about this. Sent out at 1 AM.

Hello @Douglas Lyford

Welcome to the Atlassian community

You may be able to restore it yourself by going to https://admin.atlasdian.com/billing , selecting your billing account, selecting Subscriptions, selecting the Inactive tab, and clicking the Reactivate button next to the relevant subscription.

Beyond that I recommend that you contact Billing Support through the following page for assistance:

https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/

Typically Atlassian's sends two warning emails about lack of activity in a subscription starting 2 weeks before the scheduled deactivation date. You might want to look through your older emails and spam folder for those messages.

Hi @Douglas Lyford

You can also try to contact Atlassian via a no login option if needed

Login troubles? (No‑login path)

If you can’t access your account to open a ticket, use this no‑login path:

  1. Visit our support page: https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact

  2. Select “Pricing, billing and licensing.”

  3. Continue without logging in.

  4. Enter your email.

  5. In “How can we help you,” select “Other.”

  6. Skip the URL fields if they don’t apply.

  7. Describe your issue in “Your Question.” This will open a ticket with Atlassian Support.
