I'm trying to get support from Atlassian. When I use the automated support I get to the point where it asks for my company's URL.
I enter the URL and it states ... Sorry, we can't find this Cloud URL.
I know it is good and valid.
Any recommendations?

We can see the site d*******h.atlassian.net on the details of the post, and indeed this should be valid to open a request there. But in case it is a different site, it would be needed to be checked the status of it.
Could you let us know if in incognito/another supported browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari for example) this issue still occurs?
Alternatively, could you confirm with other admin of the site if they get the same error? This can help us narrowing down if this is related to the local environment (browser, configurations, etc) or related to something not being recognized at Atlassian Account level.
