Hi, since I first got in touch with Jira and Confluence I wanted to use it to run my household. I have one specific question - do you have any good tips how to use Confluence as a cookbook to keep your recipes organized?
I was thinking about recording ingredients as labels so that I could filter based on ingredients I have on hand, but labels are only page-related. Is there a similar functionality that I could use in a simple list?
Thanks ❤

Mine uses ingredients as labels, but that works because each page is a recipe. I assume that's not working for you because you're not doing recipe per page.
I also use the page tree to very broadly classify recipes, mostly to avoid having too much of one type every week or so. I have container pages for the broad class of recipe according to what the type of food is based on. Pasta, curry, flatbread, soup, etc.
You could also look at page properties for the ingredients, they can be a bit more controllable and listable than the labels.
Thanks for the reply!
I actually wanted to do it the same way:
But I was thinking - is it possible to have the labels inside the text? Now I'm only able to add them to the bottom of the page.
I wasn't aware of page properties, have to investigate them further.

I'm afraid the labels are for pages, not for content.

Yep, I went through some more posts and documentation and I can only agree, thanks!
