Tried to turn the user stories drafted in Confluence into JIRA User stories but don't show up link

Have listed all the stories in Confluence space in a table

Then, selected them to "Create Issue"

Chose the option of "Create multiple issues from the table"

=> It did create the user stories in JIRA but those JIRA stories link does NOT appear by default in the confluence page.

I'd open a support ticket on this.  You don't have much control over fixing issues with Application Links on Cloud.
