Tracking contracts and service agreements

I'm looking for a way to track service agreements/leases/contracts.

I assume I would store the documents in Confluence, but how could I get reminders of upcoming end dates (a few weeks in advance) and also view all the contracts in a calendar?

You can use Custom Event Types in Team Calendars to track the contracts and agreements. You may set reminders there.

I would create a space called "Agreements" and associate a calendar with the space. Each company you have an agreement with could have a page in the space, and the actual agreements could be attached to the related pages. When you sign something new, set up the contract as an event on the calendar and set the reminder.
