Tracking Impediments using Confluence

How are you using Confluence to help track your team impediment list?

Do you have a template or have you found one that works well?

I am specifically looking for suggestions on using confluence to compliment the action of logging action items from retros or daily stand-ups in Jira. Some impediments the team faces never make it to Jira but are in fact worth logging. Am opening a discussion to hear ideas and suggestions.

Hi @Ben Jones 

My answer will not surprise you I think, but we use the "Retrospective" Template and the "Action Item" macro.

All Action Items then are group in the index page of the Retrospective.

For bigger actions, we use jira and add the actions to the actual sprint.
