Hi!

I was wondering if there is any way to control the pages where an exerpt has been included.

For example: I am editing a software screenshot that has been updated. I would like to know where this screenshot is included, so maybe I can go and explain the new features of this screen.

I am thinking about a macro, but maybe you know any procedure which keeps trace of the inclusions?

Thank you very much!

Hi @Marina Albacar

In Confluence Server, you could use my teams' app Scroll Versions, which gives this information: https://www.k15t.com/rock-the-docs/content-reuse/enhance-content-reuse-with-scroll-versions

On Confluence Cloud, there's no way to do this that I know of. Perhaps you could go to all pages that have included content and add a Page Properties macro which contains a link to the original source, and link the source page to where it's being reused. It's a bit of manual effort, but it would help your future self.
