Since the new update a month ago is the top bar on the top layer above my scroll bar. On a large Confluence page the scroll bar is not visible so I first have to put my arrow down key on my keyboard to retrieve the scroll bar.
I posted this issue as a feedback point and tryed to send it in as a bug but that didn't work because the ennoying chatbot didn't understand my issue.
Is the no one else with this problem?
Hi, @Natascha Hartendorf! 👋
I've tested this out by creating a super long page - my scrollbar doesn't seem to go underneath the top toolbar (tested with Google Chrome).
What kind of browser are you using? Could it perhaps be a browser-specific issue?
I am using Edge (and I am working in the Netherlands, perhaps that's a reason why ;))

Hi @Natascha Hartendorf ,
Seems like I'm experiencing the same issue. :/
I've seen something similar in Jira as well.
I'll ask someone from Atlassian to check this out.
Cheers,
Tobi

@Shannon S cheers!
If it helps, here's a reference to that similar behavior in Jira I mentioned: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Jira-questions/New-navigation-Issue-with-assignee-list-first-assignee-cut-off/qaq-p/3027319
