Too slow response shies away my colleagues to use Confluence

With my lead and proposal, Our company acquired a confluence cloud license. Every software has a learning curve and people generally do not easily join the new software club. But our confluence instance is soo much slow that people just left the platform. It is not because of our network or our computers, since we are a mobile company, our people travel a lot, create their instances from different cities and they all use different computers (windows, mac) so it has to be about your cloud service.
