To add external user to specific prooject

I want to create a Project on confluence that can be shared with external people who are not workers of our company, but they need to have access to only specific projects. 

I saw there is a beta feature "External collaboration with guests ". 

Does it mean this is the exact feature that will answer my need, or do those guests still need to be added to Confluence?

Hi @Ira 

Yes, If you’re looking to invite external members to a specific Confluence space, then you can utilize the beta feature “Single Space Guests”. For each paid user on a Confluence site, Admins will be able to add up to 5 guests for no additional cost.

Only organization or site admins can invite guests to Confluence. As per the article:

To invite a guest:

1. Go to admin.atlassian.com. If you have more than one organization, select the one you want.

2. Select Directory > Users.

3. Select Invite users.

4. Add the email addresses of the guests you want to invite

5. Open the product role dropdown for Confluence.

6. Unselect User.

7. Select Guest.

8. (Optional) Personalize the email invite that the guests will receive.

9. Select Invite users.

Once a guest is invited, they can then be added to a space.

Guests can only have access to one space at a time (assigned by an admin) and that access has certain limitations. Guests can only see and collaborate on content within their designated space. They will not see the people directory like a regular user and cannot change permissions within a space. They can, however, create pages, comment, and edit content within that space unless otherwise restricted at the user level by a space admin.

Hi Hamza,

I need to invite a guest collaborator on a page in my project. When I go to admin.atlassian.com, I don't see anything but an option to create a project, no Directory, so I can't begin. Can you advise?
